Tips for Obtaining Balance and Living a Healthy Life:

 

Physical Health:

What you put into your body
translates into your state of wellness. 

1) Drink plenty of water 6-8 cups or more daily
2) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables daily

3) Get sunlight everyday, or whenever possible
4) Exercise frequently (Walk for at least 30 min 3 X per week)
5) Practice deep breathing

Mental Health:

1) Get plenty of rest 
2) Take short naps daily
3) Exercise daily 
4) Take time-out to commune with nature
5) Do not stress over small things
6) Practice deep breathing

Spiritual Health:

1) Take daily walks
2) Meditation
3) Practice the act of forgiveness
4) Fellowship with people of like mind 

5) Express gratitude frequenty
