This includes life-threatening illness such as cancer, emotional stress, problems with relationships, family related stressful conditions, illness, or anything that puts your body in dis-ease. People are guided through self-help techniques proven to promote wellness of body, mind and spirit to optimize overall health.
Workshops provide education and training on natural healing methods, such as: breathing, yoga, meditation, nutrition, various martial arts techniques, etc. These techniques are something that you can take home with you to continue the healing process after the retreat ends.
